3. Booking and Inquiries
When you submit a form or contact us via WhatsApp, your details may be shared with an authorised AutoDeal Sales Advisor for follow-up. Submitting a booking request does not constitute a confirmed purchase or reservation. Confirmation of booking is subject to:
- Verification of your information
- Availability of the selected model
- Approval from the appointed Sales Advisor
- Payment of any required booking fee to the authorised dealer or advisor
4. Third-Party Sales Advisors
AutoDeal collaborates with authorised Sales Advisors for Proton and Perodua. These advisors operate independently, and all transactions, payments, and agreements are between you and the authorised Sales Advisor or the respective dealership.
AutoDeal does not collect payments on behalf of any Sales Advisor or dealership. We are not responsible for:
- Financial transactions made between you and third-party advisors
- Errors, delays, or miscommunication by the advisor
- Any disputes arising from sales or booking processes
5. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to keep all information accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that all content, pricing, specifications, availability, or promotions are error-free or current. All information is provided “as is” and is subject to change without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoDeal is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:
